By using Sally AI, you acknowledge that prompts, messages, and content submitted through the application may be processed by external AI service providers to generate responses and improve functionality.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, fictional, offensive, or unexpected. Sally AI does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated responses. Users are solely responsible for evaluating any information provided by the AI.
By downloading, accessing, or using Sally AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the application.
Sally AI provides AI-powered chat experiences, roleplay interactions, virtual characters, entertainment content, and related services. Features may change, be modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.
You must meet the minimum age requirements applicable in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, use of the Service must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian where required.

Responses generated by AI are produced automatically and do not represent professional advice. AI-generated content should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional decisions.
Sally AI may offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Renewal charges will occur within 24 hours before the end of the active period.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings. Deleting the application does not automatically cancel a subscription.
The application, trademarks, branding, software, graphics, and related materials are owned by Sally AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Sally AI a limited license to process, store, and use such content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how information is collected and processed.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sally AI, its affiliates, employees, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if these Terms are violated or for security, operational, or legal reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
